Profile:

Nick started his pupillage at Octagon in March 2023 and will start his second six in September 2023. Nick is a member of the Honourable society of Middle Temple and was called to the Bar in November 2019.

Background:

Prior to starting his pupillage at Octagon, Nick worked as a paralegal at the Nursing and Midwifery Council screening cases and advising on whether interim orders were necessary to restrict the ability of nurses and midwives to practice.
Nick was also awarded a Kalisher Trust internship at the Criminal Cases Review Commission where he was responsible for reviewing applications, documents, conducting legal research and deciding whether to refer cases back to the Court of Appeal.
